ipad and iOS support pre version 11

Quality Control Technology continually upgrade and manage user access to the QC Platforms QC Health and QC Three, 

As a part of our continuall release cycle an update to the Identity management platform has uplifted the current security layer to a point where devices using iOS versions earlier than version 11 are experiencing issues logging into the QC platforms.

This is due to Apple's support for cookie wrapping limitations on iOS versions 9 and 10 not keeping pace with modern security standards.

The good news is due to our CI/CD pipeline (conintual implementation and continual development) the QC identity service will soon be uplifted to support earlier iOS devices.

This change is currently in development as of June 2020 and once tested will take place without any service interruption to your production environments.
